Power of investigation

Section 30
(1)

An authorized officer shall have all the powers necessary to carry out an investigation of the commission of an offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act.

(2)

For the purpose of subsection (1), the Criminal Procedure

Code shall apply and an authorized officer shall have all the powers as provided for under the Criminal Procedure

Code.
