Power of the Board to require information on feed or feed additive

Section 38
(1)
The Board may require any person undertaking any activity involving feed or feed additive to furnish to the Board, within the time specified in a notice, any information relating to the feed or feed additive.

(2)
Any person who fails to furnish the information as may be required by the Board under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
