Registration under this Act shall be effected by entering in the Register the applicant’s particulars as prescribed upon payment of the prescribed fee.
Register
“Register” means the register kept or maintained in accordance with section 17;
Where a person is registered under this Act, the Council shall cause to be issued to him a certificate of registration under the hand of the Chairman.

“Council” means the Malaysian Food Analysts Council established under section 4;
