The application for the renewal of an annual practicing certificate shall be made to the Registrar not less than thirty days before the date of expiry in the prescribed form and upon payment of the prescribed fee.
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar referred to in section 16; Food Analysts 9
If the Registrar approves the application, the Registrar shall issue to the registered analyst an annual practising certificate in the prescribed form authorizing the registered food analyst to practise as a food analyst during the year for which the certificate is issued.
