The Registrar shall cause to be kept in the prescribed form a register of food analysts to be known as the Register of Food
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar referred to in section 16; Food Analysts 9
Analysts.
The Registrar shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the Register.
Register
“Register” means the register kept or maintained in accordance with section 17;
The Register shall be deemed to be a public document within the meaning of the Evidence Act 1950 [Act 56].
A certificate signed by the Registrar that any person—

is or is not registered under this Act; or
was or was not at any time registered under this Act, shall be conclusive evidence of the matters referred to therein.
