Where the name of a registered food analyst has been ordered by the Council to be suspended or removed from the
registered food analyst
“registered food analyst” means a person who conducts food analysis and is registered under section 19;
Register, that person shall deliver his certificate of registration and the annual practising certificate to the Registrar within fourteen days of the receipt of the order.
Register
“Register” means the register kept or maintained in accordance with section 17;
Any person who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
