If the Council is satisfied that a registered food analyst is deceased or has voluntarily deregistered himself as a food analyst, the
Council
“Council” means the Malaysian Food Analysts Council established under section 4;
Council shall cause his name and all particulars relating to him to be removed from the Register.

“Register” means the register kept or maintained in accordance with section 17;
