Section 24A
(1)
Notwithstanding any provisions of this Enactment the Minister may, as and when he deems it necessary in the public interests, revoke or cancel a licence or licences or vary the conditions or impose such additional conditions upon such licence or licences entered into or issued under this
Enactment.
(2)
For the purpose of this section “licence” shall include a licence agreement entered into under section 15 of this Enactment:
Provided that before exercising the powers conferred upon him under this subsection, an opportunity to be heard shall first be given by the Minister to the holder of the licence or the licence agreement.
