Section 24E

The Chief Conservator, or any person authorised by him in that behalf may issue permits for the doing of all or any of the acts prohibited under subsection (1) of section 20, except for subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (a), upon such conditions and subject to the payment of such fees as may be prescribed by the Minister.
