Section 24B
(1)
Subject to the applicable forest management plan, the Chief Conservator may issue licences under section 24 or the Minister may enter into a licence agreement under section 15, as the case may be, on the basis of sale of standing timber by tender or auction.
(2)
The tender or auction price of the standing timber to be paid by the holder of a licence or licence agreement to the Government shall be in addition to any fee, royalty and other payment payable to the
Government on forest produce.
Fee, etc., on forest produce and annual forest rent.
