Section 37A

No person shall in any proceedings before any court in respect of the seizure of anything seized in the exercise or purported exercise of the powers conferred under this Enactment be entitled to the costs of such proceedings or to any damages or other relief other than an order for the return of such thing or the payment of their value unless seizure was made without reasonable or probable cause.
