Section 4A
(1)
There shall be established a fund to be known as the “Forest Rehabilitation Fund’
(hereinafter referred to as the “Fund).
(2)
The Fund shall be administered by a committee to be known as the “Forest Rehabilitation
Fund Committee” (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) consisting of –
(a)
the Secretary of Natural Resources, as Chairman;
(b)
the State Treasurer; and
(c)
the Chief Conservator
Moneys to be paid into the Fund
