Section 4B

(a)

such sum as may be appropriated by the Legislative Assembly necessary for the purposes of the Fund;

(b)

the forest rehabilitation fee collected under section 4E;

(c)

any loan or grant given to the Government by the Federal Government for the purposes of the Fund; and

(d)

any money paid to the Government under subsection (2) of section 28B.

(2)

All moneys paid into the Fund shall –

(a)

be deposited in any bank duly licensed under the Banking and Financial

Institutions Act, 1989 [Act 372]; or

(b)

be invested in accordance with the provisions of the Trustee Act, 1949

[Act 208].
