Section 20A

No person shall occupy land within any Forest Reserve area, or extract or collect from such land any forest produce except under and in accordance with the conditions of a permit in Form IX issued by the Chief Conservator or any forest officer authorised by him in that behalf. The fees for such permit shall be as set out in Part D of Schedule II hereto.
