Section 21

Breach of any provision of these Rules or of any condition to which a licence or licence agreement is expressed to be subject shall, subject to any special terms of such licence or licence agreement and in addition to any other penalty provided by law, render such licence liable to cancellation by order of the Chief Conservator and shall render liable to confiscation by order of the Chief Conservator forest produce taken under such licence at the time of, or subsequent to such breach.
