Section 29
Any person who –
of Forest Timber Enactment 2015
(a)
refuses any enforcement officer access to any premises or conveyance which the enforcement officer is entitled to have access to under this
Enactment or in the execution of any duty imposed or power conferred by this Enactment;
(b)
assaults, obstructs, hinders, prevents or delays any enforcement officer in effecting any entry which the enforcement officer entitled to effect under this
Enactment, or in the execution of any duty imposed or power conferred by this Enactment; or
(c)
refuses any enforcement officer any information relating to an offence or suspected offence under this Enactment or any other information which may be reasonably required of him and which he has in his knowledge or power to give, commits of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
