Section 37
(1)
The Director may by notice in writing require any person undertaking any activity involving timber to furnish to the Director, within the time specified in the notice, information relating to timber.
(2)
Any person who fails to furnish any information relating to timber as required under subsection (1) commits of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
