Section 27
Nothing in section 26 shall be deemed to prohibit or render punishable―
(a)
the exercise of any subsisting rights or privileges;
(b)
the exercise of any right or privilege created by succession, grant or contract in the manner described in section 23; or
(c)
any act done with the permission in writing of the
Director.
