Section 71A

—

(1)

Any person arrested under this Ordinance or any rules made hereunder, unless remanded, may be released on a personal bond with or without surety by a forest officer authorized by the Director.

(2)

The amount of every personal bond executed shall be fixed with due regard to the circumstances of the case as being sufficient to secure the attendance of the person arrested when so required.
