Section 14
(1)
The licensee shall furnish to the Commission, upon request, such information, data and documents relating to the licensee’s business under his licensed activity or service rendered to consumers.

(2)
Any licensee who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
