Section 22
Special agreement with respect to supply
A person who requires a supply of gas pursuant to section 17 may enter into a special agreement with the licensee for the supply on such terms as may be specified in the agreement.
(2)
Any term in such agreement in relation to tariff shall be submitted to the Commission for the purpose of subsection 11(5).
(3)
Where any agreement made pursuant to subsection (1) remains effective, the provisions of section 13 and sections 17 to 20 do not apply.
(4)
The provisions of subsection 17(2) shall still apply for the purposes of specifying the day on which the supply of gas is required to commence and the day on which such an agreement ceases to be effective.
(5)
Any agreement made under subsection (1) shall be approved by Commission.
