Information required for registration as a Gas Contractor

Section 107
Before issuing or renewing a Certificate of Registration as a Gas Contractor, the Commission shall require the person to submit the following information —
(a)
the names and addresses of all partners in the case of registered partnership, and of all directors, managers and shareholders in the case of registered company;

(b)
the premises rented or owned for carrying on the business; and
(c)
any other information as the Commission deems necessary.
