Section 115
(1)
No gas fitting, gas appliance or gas equipment shall be assembled, manufactured, imported, sold or used unless it has been tested and certified and approved by the Government or its agent or a person accredited by the Government.
(2)
A Certificate of Approval for a gas fitting, gas appliance or gas equipment shall be as prescribed in Form K of the First Schedule.
(3)
The Certificate of Approval under subregulation (2) shall be valid for a period of twelve months from the date stated in the Certificate and may be renewed not later than two months before the date of its expiry.
