Section 127
(1)
The Commission shall inspect a gas installation or premises where a gas installation is located if he thinks that it is necessary to do so in the interest of public or private safety.
(2)
The Commission shall require an inspection to be made by sending a notice in writing to the responsible person and that person shall attend the inspection and give any assistance as may be required by the Commission in the notice.
