Section 135
(1)
When a person is carrying out maintenance work within the vicinity, he shall take adequate precautions to prevent a gas installation or gas equipment from being accidentally or inadvertently made unsafe.
(2)
A person engaged in maintenance work in connection with a gas installation or equipment shall be adequately protected from danger and the responsibility for such protection shall be on the responsible person, his servant or agent, as the case may be.
