Section 128
(1)
No person other than a competent person or a person acting under the immediate supervision of a competent person, shall undertake to carry out the repair and maintenance of a gas pipeline or gas installation.
(2)
The scope of maintenance for a competent person is as prescribed in Table 2
of the Second Schedule.
