Section 74
(1)
A person authorized by a licensee to enter any premises shall ensure that the premises are left secured after the entry.
(2)
The licensee shall make good, or pay compensation for, any damage caused by the person so authorized or by the person accompanying him in entering the premises.
(3)
A person authorized by a licensee to enter any premises may be accompanied by such persons as may be appropriate for the purpose for which the entry is made.
