Section 75
(1)
For the purposes of section 23 of the Enactment, the licensee shall provide and fix a meter as it considers necessary in order to measure the amount of gas supplied to a consumer.
(2)
Where an additional meter is installed by the licensee at the request of the consumer, the consumer shall pay the charges at the rate which is approved by the Commission.
(3)
The licensee may change a meter or its position in the premises in which gas is supplied by him.
(4)
The consumer shall be liable to indemnify the licensee for the loss of or damage to a meter installed within his premises.
