Section 12

The functions, powers and duties conferred upon the Bank under this Act shall be performed, exercised and discharged by the

Bank on behalf of the Minister, provided that the Minister may, if he deems it fit to do so, by order published in the Gazette, provide for all or any of the functions, powers or duties of the Bank to be performed, exercised or discharged, as the case may be, by the Accountant

General, and the Minister may by such order make all such modifications, adaptations and amendments to the provisions of this

Act as may be necessary to give effect to such performance, exercise or discharge by the Accountant General.
