Rules

(2)

Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), rules may be made to provide for—

(a)

matters relating to the issue of investments, application for investments, payment of return on investments, and the repayment of investments on maturity;

(b)

procedures and practices relating to the carrying out by any person of any provision of this Act;

(c)

forms in respect of any provision of this Act;

(d)

charges, fees and payments payable to the Bank, and charges, fees and payments payable to a depository institution, in respect of any provision of this Act; and

(e)

matters relating to the carrying out of the transitional provisions contained in section 16 of the Government

Investment (Amendment) Act 1990 [Act A749].
