Section 5A
(1)
Subject to sections 3 and 5, the Bank shall set out the terms and conditions of any instrument to be issued.
(2)
The terms and conditions of an instruments shall include the following:
(a)
amount;
(b)
issue date;
(c)
maturity date;
(d)
return;
(e)
repayment of investment; and
(f)
any other terms and conditions as the Bank deems fit.
