Section 44
(1)
Any person who administers, conducts or implements any
Government procurement shall report to the relevant enforcement agency if he becomes aware of a commission of any offence relating to corruption, competition or any other offences under any written law as may be determined by the Secretary General to the Treasury.
(2)
For the purpose of subsection (1), it shall be sufficient for a procurement officer to report in writing to his controlling officer.
