Section 41

Any person required to provide an explanation, information, document or record under subsection (1) shall ensure that the explanation, information, document or record provided is true, accurate and complete and such person shall provide an express representation to that effect, including a declaration that he is not aware of any other information which would make the explanation, information, document or record provided false or misleading.
