Issue of receipt in respect of payments

Section 36C
(1)
An owner, dealer, agent or person acting on behalf of the owner who collects any payment in respect of a hire-purchase agreement shall issue a receipt to the hirer in respect of every such payment collected.
(2)
Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1)
shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
