Section 43
Any notice or document required or authorized to be served on or given or sent to an owner or hirer under this Act may be served or given or sent—
(a)
by delivering it to him personally; or
(b)
(Deleted by Act A813);
(c)
by posting it by registered post addressed to him at his last known place of abode or business.
