Exercise of functions and powers of Organization

Section 7
(1)
All functions including powers which may be exercised by the Organization under this Act shall be exercised by the
Director General.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Director General may, in writing, delegate any of his powers and functions subject to such terms and restrictions as he thinks fit to the Deputy Directors
General, Inspector, or officers and servants of the Organization for the purposes of this Act.
