Section 4
(1)
There shall be a social security scheme to be known as the
“Housewives’ Social Security Scheme”.
(2)
The Scheme shall be administered by the Organization.
(3)
For the purpose of administering the Scheme, the Organization shall vest in the Board such powers and shall impose upon the Board such duties as the Organization may determine.
