Section 13
(1)
The Organization shall implement the Scheme to the housewives in the manner as prescribed.
(2)
The Organization may carry out any programme or activity, or collaborate with any person for the purposes of—
(a)
implementation of the Scheme including for the payment of contribution under this Act; and
(b)
improvement of health, safety, welfare and well-being of any housewife.
