Section 96
(1)
The Organization may establish and maintain such hospitals, dispensaries and other medical and surgical services as the
Organization thinks fit for the benefit of an insured housewife.

(2)
The Organization may enter into agreement with any
Government, local authority, statutory body, person, private or individual with regard to the provisions of medical treatment and attendance for an insured housewife in any area and payment of the cost of such medical treatment and attendance.
