Section 17

Any licensed housing developer who contravenes any of the provisions of these Rules shall be guilty of an offence, and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit, and for a second or subsequent offence to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
