Section 6
Any advertisement (other than that conveyed by means of broadcast sound receivers or through television receivers) made by a licensed housing developer shall include the following particulars
―
(a)
the licence number of the licensed housing developer;
(b)
the permit number of the advertisement;
(c)
the name and address of the licensed housing developer or his authorised agents (if any)
as approved by the Controller;
(d)
the tenure of the land and encumbrances, if any, to which the land is subject; and
(e)
the expected date of completion of the proposed housing development:
Provided that in the case of classified or semi-classified advertisements in newspapers it shall not be necessary to include the licence number and the advertisement permit number.
