Section 22
The powers of investigation conferred by this Ordinance on the Controller, an Inspector or any police officer, may be exercised by him against—
(a)
any past or present business associate; or
(b)
any person who is or was concerned in the control or management, in whole or in part of the affairs, of the person suspected to have committed an offence under this Ordinance.
