Section 63
Penalty for offences not otherwise provided for
Any housing developer who commits of an offence against this Ordinance for which no penalty is expressly provided for shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term of not exceeding five years or to both.
