Section 41
—
(1)
Subject to this Ordinance, all land and any interests in land immediately before the appointed day vested in the Commission shall, on that day, vest in the Corporation.
(2)
Subject to this Ordinance and to any direction of the
Minister, all property and assets other than land which immediately before the appointed day were vested in the Commission or in any person on behalf of the Commission shall on that day vest in the
Corporation.
