Continuance of litigation
of Housing Development Corporation Ordinance, 2002
—
(1)
Subject to this Ordinance, any proceedings before any court, arbitrator or tribunal or cause of action pending or existing immediately before the appointed day by or against the Commission or any person acting on behalf of the Commission, may be continued or instituted by or against the Corporation as it might have been by or against the Commission or such person as if this Ordinance had not been passed.
(2)
Any appeal brought or any leave to appeal applied on or after the appointed day against a decision given in any legal proceedings before that day may be brought by or against the
Corporation as it might have been brought by or against the
Commission as if this Ordinance had not been passed.
