Amendment of application

Section 19
(1)
The Registrar may, on request to him in the prescribed manner, amend an application for the registration of an industrial design.
(2)
An amendment under subsection (1) shall not be made if, as a result of the amendment, the scope of the application would be increased by the inclusion of any matter that was not in substance disclosed in the application initially filed.
