Power of Minister to give directions and require information
of Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002

Section 14
(1)
The Minister may, from time to time, give to the
Corporation such directions of a general character consistent with the provisions of this Act relating to the performance of the
Corporation’s functions and the Corporation shall give effect to such directions.
(2)
The Corporation shall furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and information with respect to the performance of any of its functions under this Act or the Intellectual Property
Legislation as the Minister may, from time to time, require or direct.
