Resignation and revocation

Section 8
(1)
A member of the Corporation may, at any time, resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Minister.
(2)
The appointment of any member of the Corporation appointed by the Minister, except the Secretary General of the Ministry for the time being charged with the responsibility for intellectual property, may, at any time, be revoked by the Minister without assigning any reason for the revocation.
