Membership of the Corporation
of Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002

Section 6
(1)
The Corporation shall consist of the following members:
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
four members representing the Government, one of whom shall be the Secretary General of the Ministry for the time being charged with the responsibility for intellectual property or his representative;

(c)
three other members who have relevant knowledge or experience in intellectual property and intellectual property related matters; and
(d)
the Director General.
(2)
The Minister shall appoint the members specified in paragraphs (1)(a), (b) and (c).
