Section 36
Notwithstanding section 34, the Management Authority may, where it thinks fit, at any time direct that any schedule species, conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record,
36 Laws of Malaysia document or other article seized under this Act be released to the person from whose possession, custody or control it was seized.
